01 Introduction & Acceptance

By using the nd222 website and all its services, you are considered to have given your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and the nd222 platform.

These terms have been prepared in English for Bangladeshi users. In case of any confusion, the interpretation of the original document shall be considered final. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

nd222 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will automatically be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on nd222, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This site is for those aged 21 or above only.
• Online gambling must be legally permitted in the country or region where you are located.
• You have not been permanently banned from any previous nd222 account.
• You are registering under a genuine and verifiable identity.

Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. nd222 may request additional documents for age verification at any time. Providing a false age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your nd222 account username and password confidential. Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

nd222 reserves the right to verify identity documents, proof of address, and ownership of payment methods at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile financial services can be used to deposit funds into nd222: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

You must use your own mobile number when making a deposit. Depositing from another person's account is not permitted and may result in account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification documents have not been submitted.
• nd222 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Responsibility

nd222 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number. If you experience any issue with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact the support team immediately.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nd222 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• nd222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be usable on designated games or sections.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

06 Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Betting Limits

nd222 sets maximum and minimum betting limits for various games and sports betting sections. These limits may change at any time and any changes will be communicated within the relevant section.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the software or server affects the outcome of a game or bet, nd222 reserves the right to void that round or bet. Abnormally large winnings resulting from an error may also be voided.

6.3 Fair Play

nd222 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) and software from certified game providers to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely unbiased and not predetermined.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds offered in the sports betting section are subject to change. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the bet remains valid at the odds at the time of confirmation. If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision to refund or void the bet will be made in accordance with nd222's rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bonus abuse or exploiting loopholes for personal gain (bonus arbitrage, artificial betting patterns, etc.).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate games or the system using hacking, viruses, malware, or automated bots.
• Knowingly exploiting a technical error on the platform and failing to report it.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.

If any of the above violations are detected, nd222 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. All wagering requirements must be met and any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure at nd222's Initiative

In cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, or failure to provide verifiable information, nd222 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, nd222 accepts no liability for the following:

• A game being interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.

• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Services being temporarily unavailable in a particular region due to legal restrictions.

In any circumstance, nd222's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
